Comprehensive finishing of 3-room apartment – Warsaw

Comprehensive construction of a three-room apartment in Warsaw, made from the preparation stage of the walls to the assembly of the final elements of the equipment.

The work involved practically the entire process of finishing the apartment – electrical installation, preparation and finishing of walls, floors, doors, lighting and kitchen assembly.

Scope of work done

As part of the implementation we have performed:

* transferring and matching electrical points,
* preparing walls,
* flattening and leveling the surface,
* priming,
* painting walls and ceilings,
* wallpaper,
* installation of floor panels,
* installation of doors,
* installation of sockets and electrical fittings,
* installation of lighting and lamps,
* folding and assembling kitchen furniture,
* finishing and assembly work.

From empty apartment to finished interior

The implementation began at the stage when the apartment required full finishing.

One of the first tasks was the proper distribution of electrical points. This is especially important before working on the walls – the position of the sockets and lighting should correspond to the subsequent arrangement of furniture and the way the rooms are used.

After the installation work was completed, the walls were prepared, spatilated and painted. Wallpapers were also used in selected places as an element of interior finishing.

The next stage was the installation of floor panels and doors. After the main works were completed, we installed electrical fittings, sockets and lighting.

The implementation was complemented by the folding and assembly of kitchens and final finishing works.

Comprehensive implementation by one contractor

The great advantage of such a way of working is the ability to maintain the correct order of all stages.

The electrical equipment must be made before final wall preparation, painting before part of the assembly work, and floors, doors, fittings and equipment appear at the appropriate stages of implementation.

This allows the whole process to be conducted as one coherent implementation, without the need to coordinate many independent contractors.

The end result

The work resulted in complete finishing of a three-room apartment – from surface preparation and electrical changes to floors, doors, lighting and a ready kitchen.
