The data controller is ProFitRem. Business identity details completed in the back office are shown above. Before publishing the site, provide the full business details: legal name, address, tax or registration identifier, and privacy contact email.
Data we process
The contact form may process name, email address, phone number, city, message text, selected brands or materials, and uploaded photos. The server may also process basic technical data such as IP address, request time, and browser information.
Purposes and legal basis
Contact-form data is used to respond to enquiries and prepare an initial estimate. Necessary cookies support form security and sessions. Click analytics runs only after consent.
Recipients and hosting
The site may use AWS hosting infrastructure, including CloudFront, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch Logs. Data is shared only with providers needed to operate the website and handle enquiries.
Retention
Messages and photos are kept for the time needed to handle the enquiry and possible follow-up. Anonymous public activity batches are deleted automatically after the configured period, 30 days by default.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority, UODO.
